Gregorio Fuentes, 80

Salem- Gregorio Fuentes, 80, of Salem, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday morning, March 30, 2022, at Hunt Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Danvers.
Born in Loiza, Puerto Rico, Gregorio was the son of the late Gregorio Fuentes and Eusebia Maisonet. Gregorio worked in construction for most of his life. He was a fierce and competitive dominoes player and loved salsa music and dancing.
Gregorio is survived by his daughter, Alexandra Fuentes of Salem with whom he lived, and his sons Jose A. Fuentes and his wife Luisa Fuentes of Haverhill, MA, and Abraham Fuentes of Methuen, MA; his four grandchildren, Malik A. Fuentes of Milford, MA, Raven A. Fuentes of Lawrence, MA, Xavier Y. Fuentes of Haverhill, MA and Ayven A. Fuentes of Haverhill, MA; three sisters, Catalina Fuentes of Loiza, P.R., Anna B. Fuentes of Loiza, P.R., and Francisca Fuentes of New York, NY, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend visiting hours at Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St., Salem, MA on Sunday, April 3 from 1-4 p.m. and to his funeral service on Monday, April 4 at 10 a.m., followed by burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem at 11 a.m. To send condolences to the family please comment below.
