Salem- Suzanne “Sue” Andrea (Belleau) Dumas, 69, of Salem, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 at Salem Hospital after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Alfred P. Dumas of Salem.

Sue and her husband Al shared 46 years of marriage. Together they raised their three children, instilling in them the importance of family. She was so happy when her family grew as her children married, welcoming her son-in-law and daughters-in-law to the family with open arms. Sue’s greatest happiness was spending time with her family, whether at backyard cookouts, family dinners, or summer vacations in New Hampshire. She was an amazing cake decorator and made birthdays extra special for her family with her creations. She also enjoyed making scrapbooks. Each of her grandchildren have beautiful scrapbooks that she lovingly created for them. She was the most loving Memere to her seven grandchildren. Her time with her grandchildren brought her the most joy. She always found fun activities and crafts for them to do together. Sue will be remembered for her kind, quiet spirit. She was loving, accepting, comforting and will be missed immensely.
