Lucien "Louie" J. Beaulieu, 72

June 14, 1945 - October 28, 2017

Salem- Lucien J. "Louie"Beaulieu, Jr. 72, of Salem, passed away suddenly in NSMC Salem, October 28, 2017.

Born in Peabody MA, Louie was the son of the late Lucien J. Sr. and Catherine M. (Mahoney) Beaulieu. Louie worked for many years as an auto mechanic with one of his closest friends, the late Joe Morris of Peabody. Louie lived with his brother Arthur for over 45 years and helped with the upbringing of Arthur’s children. He was lovingly known as the family prankster. He would put a smile on your face when he entered the room. Louie was loved by all and had many friends who he enjoyed meeting up with at McDonalds in Peabody Square each morning, prior to going to work at HMA in Salem. He had a love for cars and attended the Danvers car shows on Wednesday nights. He also loved to play poker and frequented the Seabrook Poker Room in NH for Texas Hold'em Tournaments.

Louie is survived by his brother, Arthur Beaulieu of Salem; his niece and nephew, Cindy Rebidue and her husband Mike of Billerica, MA, Arthur Beaulieu, Jr. and his fiancee Liane Bent of Salem; and his grandnieces and nephews, Chase and Cameron Rebidue and Alisha’a Beaulieu. Nephew Brian Beaulieu, and niece and goddaughter Christine Rodriguez. Louie was the brother of the late Norman Beaulieu.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours Sunday, November 5 from 2-4pm in the Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St. Salem, MA and to meet at Immaculate Conception Church Monday morning for a 10am funeral Mass.
