Beverly- Joseph “Joe” Palmer, 82, of Beverly passed away Monday morning, July 22, 2024 at Beverly Hospital.
Born in Lynn, MA, Joe was the son of the late Marguerite Mahoney and Nicholas Kloutanois. Joe lived in Beverly most of his adult life. He worked in janitorial work for local businesses. Joe loved music and karaoke and enjoyed vacationing in N.H.
Joe leaves many friends including his longtime housemates and close friends who have been his family for many years. Joe's family and friends wish to thank the team at the NRS Elliott St home who provided Joe a wonderful life for the past 30 years. Joe is also survived by a nephew and many nieces and was predeceased by his four sisters and his brother.
Visiting hours are in the Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St Salem, MA on Wednesday, July 31 from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. followed by a burial in the Central Beverly Cemetery at Noon. Donations in Joe’s memory may be made to NRS Resident Activity Fund at Friends of Hathorne P.O. Box A, 450 Maple St. Hathorne, MA 01937.
