Beverly - Lincoln Ray Pressey, 71, of Beverly, passed away Wednesday morning, April 17, 2019 at Care Dimensions Hospice House, Lincoln, MA.
Born in Salem, MA, the son of the late Raymond C. and Rowena M. (Gaunt) Pressey, Lincoln was a graduate of Marblehead High School and also received his Associates Degree. A U.S. Army veteran, Lincoln served his country honorably during the Vietnam War. Returning home, Lincoln worked for many years with John S. Martin Oil Co. of Marblehead as an oil burner technician. Lincoln was a friend to many and was an avid reader and he loved spending time at his camp in West Ossipee, NH.
Surviving him are his children, Heather Pressey and her husband Raymond Jodoin of Beverly, Raymond Pressey and his wife Julie of Stoneham, MA; his grandchildren, Johnathan, Joseph, Matthew, and Kathryn; his siblings Timothy Pressey and his wife MarthaAnn, Kathy Barnes and her husband Stewart, and Meredith Hager and her husband Alan; his former wife, Helen Pressey of Swampscott, and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
