William A. "Bill" Kelley, 81, of Salem, passed away in the early morning hours on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at his home in the company of his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Barbara R. Kelley of Salem – they enjoyed 54 years of laughter and love.
