Patricia E. "Patsy" Dion, 71

Salem- Patricia Eleanor "Patsy" Dion, 71 of Salem, passed away June 9, 2022 at Mass General Hospital in Boston.
Born in Salem, MA, Patsy was the daughter of the late Joseph R. E. And Theresa M. (Poisson) Dion. Patsy was a graduate of Salem High School and the Chandler School in Boston and worked for many years as a legal secretary for law firms in the North Shore area. Patsy was a gregarious and social person who enjoyed the beach, dancing, and live music. She had a keen eye for fashion and a talent for creating an elegant look for any occasion. Her kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. She never missed an opportunity to write a thoughtful message in a card, send a small gift, or write a letter. Patsy was a devout Catholic and enjoyed attending church in Salem and in her former parish in Hamilton. She and her son Danny enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia together.
Patricia is survived by her loving son, Danny Dion of Salem; her sister, Carolyn and her husband Richard Dutton of Sanibel, Fl, and Paul Dion and his wife Mary of Danvers, MA, and several nieces and nephews. Patsy was the sister of the late Gloria Brandt.
